Do curtain hooks and rings come with my order?
Yes. All required curtain hooks and rings are included with your order, and hooks will be pre-installed where applicable for easy installation.
Tip: The Sample Kit also includes hook and ring samples.
How much light do your curtains block?
Our curtains are available in four light-control levels:
* Sheer
* Light Filtering
* Room Darkening
* Blackout
Light performance varies by fabric. For the most accurate assessment, we recommend ordering a Sample Kit to experience the fabric and light control in your own home.
Do your curtains require Memory Shaping?
We do not apply Memory Shaping to our Sand Linen™ and Field Cotton™ collections. These fabrics are intended to retain their natural texture, soft drape, and relaxed appearance.
For our Eclipse Blackout™ collection, Memory Shaping is applied by default to help create more defined
pleats and a cleaner, more structured look.
How long does it take to receive my curtains?
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after production is completed.
Delivery to remote areas may require an additional 3-5 business days.
