Order Confirmation & Delivery

We review and confirm your order details with you before production. Most custom curtain orders arrive within 7–15 business days after confirmation, including production and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping & Import Fees

Listed prices include shipping, and applicable customs duties and import fees are included in your order. Any shipping exceptions will be stated before purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website or our Track Order page.

Shipping Address & Support

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. Rawlune is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
