Cancellation Policy

Sample Kit: Experience at Home. Order with Confidence.

1.Fabric sample orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment at no cost.

2.If you are not satisfied with your samples after delivery, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.If you decide to place a curtain order after receiving your samples, the full cost of your sample purchase will be credited toward your future order. You are welcome to keep your samples for future reference.

Custom Curtain Orders

1.Every custom curtain order is personally reviewed by our team before production begins.

2.Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will contact you to confirm measurements, fabric selections, heading style, and any special requirements. You may cancel your order at no cost before this confirmation is completed.

3.Once your order has been confirmed, materials may be allocated and production preparations may begin. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

4.If a confirmed order is cancelled before production begins, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the stage of preparation and materials already allocated to your order.

5.Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

If We Made a Mistake

If your curtains arrive with a manufacturing defect, production error, or do not match the specifications confirmed with your order, we will remake the affected item at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, photographs may be requested for review. In most cases, replacement products will be shipped without requiring the original item to be returned.
